The DeathAdder V2 is one of Razer’s best mice and it’s down to $50 today

The Razer DeathAdder V2 gaming mouse has dropped to $49.99 on Amazon. That’s $20 off its regular price and the first major price drop on this mouse since it was released earlier this year. The deal from Razer looks to be good through Black Friday and available at other retailers like Best Buy.

We have also seen a bunch of other Razer sales this Black Friday so be sure to check those out. The deals include other mice like the Razer Viper, mechanical keyboards, and even full-blown laptops.

We reviewed the DeathAdder V2 and gave it 4.5 stars out of 5 and a Recommended badge. Richard Devine said, “What you end up with is a sculpted, lightweight mouse that’s even more comfortable now than ever before, thanks to the weight shedding. Whether you’re working or gaming, the DeathAdder V2 is an utter joy to use all day, every day.”

The mouse is powered by the Focus+ 20K DPI optical sensor. It is smart enough that it can automatically calibrate the mouse depending on where you’re using it, which helps reduce cursor drift and leads to ultimate precision. The light beam-based actuation means the mouse’s switches are three times faster than traditional mechanical switches. You’re literally activating the switch at the speed of light.

There’s plenty to personalize on the DeathAdder as well. It has eight programmable buttons that can all be remapped and reassigned for complex macro functions as needed. You can also set up the Razer Chroma RGB lighting. Personalize it, choose from millions of colors, and even sync your mouse with other RGB products like Philips Hue light bulbs.

Razer’s Speedflex cable is a drag-free cord that makes the mouse feel wireless. It reduces weight and drag without the need for a mouse bungee or anything like that.
