  1. Press the Windows key + R to open Run.
  2. Type appwiz.cpl and click OK.
  3. In the Control Panel, click on View installed updates from the left pane.

  3. In the Control Panel, go to Programs, and click on Programs and features.
  4. Go through the list of installed apps and choose the most recently installed program.
  5. Click the Uninstall button. Click Yes to confirm the action.
  6. Wait for the app to uninstall, and then restart the computer.

  2. Click on Create a Restore Point.
  3. In the new window, click on the System Restore button.
  4. Click Next and choose the most recently created Restore Point.
  5. Again, click Next and read the description. Click Finish to start the restore process.

Your PC will restart and complete the restore process. If the process fails, try again with any other restore point available.

Restore Points restores your PC to an earlier state when it was working without the error. However, it will also uninstall the programs that you may have installed after the restore point was created.
