Addresses an issue that causes an increase in network traffic during update detection for Windows Updates. This issue occurs on devices that are configured to use an authenticated user proxy as the fallback method if update detection with a system proxy fails or there is no proxy.

Once installed, this cumulative update should make updating yoru OS to be more stable, and with fewer errors.

More so, the reduction in network traffic will make updating your Windows 10 PC go faster.

Of course, this is just one of many changes included in this update, since it also addresses sever vulnerabilities, fixes an issue that resulted in stop errors, and more.
