Currently, Windows 10 is still in the development phase, and only Technical Preview is available to users, so a lot could change until the operating system becomes available in the market in its final version, next year.

How can I fix blurry fonts on a Windows 10 PC?

1. Reinstall the problematic fonts

If you recently upgraded to Windows 10, your fonts may not have installed properly. In this case, you should reinstall them manually.

2. Disable scaling on high DPI settings

1. Right-click the executable file that has blurry font issues, and go to Properties.
2. Go to the Compatibility tab.
3. Under the Settings section, select disable Display scaling on high DPI settings.
4. Hit Apply to save changes.

3. Rebuild the font cache

1. Go to Start and enter services.msc. Hit Enter to launch the Services feature.
2. Locate Windows Presentation Foundation Font Cache 3.0.0.0
3. Right-click on it and stop it.
4. Press the Windows key + R to open Run.
5. Enter the following command: %windir%ServiceProfilesLocalServiceAppData
6. Navigate to the FontCache directory.
7. Delete all the files that contain the ~FontCache- prefix.
   
8. Check if the issue persists.

If your font cache is corrupted, your fonts may appear blurry or may not display at all. So be sure to rebuild the font cache by following the above steps.
