1. Uninstall updates

  1. Go to the notifications panel.
  2. Click on the Settings icon.
  3. Select Applications.
  4. Check out the list displayed and choose Google Play Store. If this icon is not available, then tap the icon with the three dots located in the top right corner.
  5. Click on Show System Apps.
  6. Select Three Dots from the top right corner of the screen.
  7. Choose Uninstall Updates.

2. Clear cache

  1. Choose the notifications panel.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Scroll down and select Applications.
  4. Click on Apps.
