2. Update audio drivers manually

  1. Press the Windows Key + R to open Run.
  2. Type devmgmt.msc and click OK to open Device Manager.
  3. In the Device Manager window, expand the Sound, video, and game controllers section.
  4. Right-click on your audio device and select Update Driver.
  5. Select Search automatically for updated drivers option.
  6. Follow on-screen instructions to download and install any pending audio driver updates.
