In an update posted on Twitter, Destiny 2 developer Bungie stated to players that the issue that resulted in the disabling of the Trials of Osiris pinnacle PvP activity early in the month of November has been identified and a hotfix is in the works. As a result, Bungie has confirmed that Trials of Osiris will return on December 18, 2020.
Considering the fact that Trials of Osiris is the endgame activity for players who prefer to stick to the Crucible instead of engage with PvE content, it’s good to see that it’s finally making its return. Hopefully Bungie successfully squashes the bug that was keeping the mode out-of-comission in the first place. If you’re stuck waiting for Trials to return, there’s plenty of awesome content in the Beyond Light expansion that I recommend trying out, such as the brand new Deep Stone Crypt raid.
Destiny 2: Beyond Light is available now on Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One consoles, PlayStation 4 and 5, and Windows 10 PCs. It costs $40, and is also available through Xbox Game Pass.
Wield the Darkness
Destiny 2: Beyond Light
Welcome to Europa, Guardian…
In Beyond Light, players will encounter a dark Fallen faction, travel to new locations, and go beyond the Light to wield the power of the Darkness.
